Miramar National Cemetery Expansion Phase II

S3 Construction, Inc. performed the building related scope of work in support of the Miramar National Cemetery Expansion Phase II in San Diego, CA.  Our scope included construction of a new Honor Guard Building, addition and renovations to the existing Administration Building, HVAC system replacement at the Maintenance Staff Building, covered vehicle parking structure, steel mezzanine, security/access control upgrades, and solar improvements.  Project completion, April 2023.
